【崗位職責】
1、Arrange appointments forcustomers. 為客戶做預約
2、Responsible forthe requirements andnon-medical requests of patients負責住院和門診患者的非醫(yī)療請求
3、Cooperated with other departments to make sure the service is going smoothly. 與其他部門合作，確保服務順利進行
4、Respond, follow-up andresolve complex issues with customers接收跟進解決復雜的客戶要求
5、Collect customer’s feedbacks. 收集客戶反饋信息
6、Follow processes, policies andprocedures; executeaction plans forprocess improvement in order to ensure high andconsistent standard of service across Customer Service.遵循醫(yī)院規(guī)章制度，嚴格執(zhí)行流程從而確保提供高標準、一致性的的客戶服務
7、Other Work Matters Arranged by Departments部門安排的其他工作事項。

2、PET – 3 is preferred. 通過*********英語水平考試3級者優(yōu)先
3、Good communication skills both in Chinese andEnglish良好的中英文溝通技巧

5、Computer Skills 電腦使用技能

青島新世紀婦兒醫(yī)院是新世紀醫(yī)療與青島市婦女兒童醫(yī)院開展官方合作，在青島建立的一所中婦女兒童醫(yī)療機構(gòu)。坐落于青島市市北區(qū)武定路27號，是原青島市兒童醫(yī)院舊址，毗鄰青島老市區(qū)德國風情街以及郵輪母港國際旅游觀光區(qū)，延續(xù)了老青島人的記憶也承載了新青島人的期望。該區(qū)域是青島市政府大力發(fā)展并計劃打造為國際水準的商業(yè)及醫(yī)療健康綜合服務區(qū)。醫(yī)院建筑面積23000平方米，現(xiàn)有床位102張，開設兒科、小兒外科、兒童保健科、新生兒科、婦科、產(chǎn)科、口腔科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、皮膚科等，以及麻醉科、醫(yī)學檢驗科、醫(yī)學影像科和藥劑科等醫(yī)技科室。
