? 管理超過 20 人的團隊的經(jīng)驗。 
? 強烈的責任感，細節(jié)重點，強烈的溝通，快速的反應和努力工作。

Position Summary: 
Appen’s Project Manager is responsible forcoordinating teams of specialists, linguists andproject resources including independent contractors （ICs） towards customer project delivery while simultaneously handling key stakeholder relationships. The key accountability is delivering key performance metrics （throughput, quality andbudget） forassigned projects. The Project Manager works collaboratively with an Appen team to meet all client andproject requirements 

Responsibilities:
? Communicate andconfirm project requirements with clients. Make project plan & schedule. 
? Be accountable forproject solution, budget, cost, quality anddelivery. 
? Coordinate on resource type planning andtrack progress. 
? Keep regular andproper communication with customer regarding project delivery. 
? Provide regular status reports of projects, as well as in-depth analysis to identify andrecommend result improvements

Requirement：
? Bachelor’s degree orabove. 
? Proficient in Japanese。
? >3 years’ project management experience in data service delivery orrelated industries. 
? Experience in managing a team larger than 20 people. 
? Strong sense of responsibility, detail focus, strong communication, fast response andhard working.
