【基本情況】蕪湖市第四人民醫(yī)院（蕪湖市精神病醫(yī)院）創(chuàng)建于1969年，坐落在蕪湖市弋江區(qū)烏霞山東路，是集醫(yī)療、預(yù)防、教學(xué)、科研、康復(fù)于一體的三級(jí)甲等精神病�？漆t(yī)院。占地面積8萬(wàn)平方米（包括蕪湖院區(qū)與南陵院區(qū)），建筑面積5.2萬(wàn)平方米，開(kāi)放床位1688張。醫(yī)院是安徽省第二精神衛(wèi)生�？坡�(lián)盟牽頭單位，是安徽省醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)精神科醫(yī)師分會(huì)、蕪湖市心理學(xué)會(huì)、蕪湖市睡眠研究會(huì)、蕪湖市醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)精神科分會(huì)、安徽省心理學(xué)會(huì)臨床與咨詢心理學(xué)分會(huì)、蕪湖市心理衛(wèi)生協(xié)會(huì)、蕪湖市精神衛(wèi)生指導(dǎo)中心的掛靠單位。精神科是安徽省十四五臨床重點(diǎn)�？�，2014年獲批蕪湖市第二批“5111”創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。普通精神科、睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)科、情感障礙科、老年精神科、臨床心理科是蕪湖市“十四五”醫(yī)學(xué)重點(diǎn)專科。醫(yī)院作為全省唯一精神衛(wèi)生專科醫(yī)院參與全國(guó)精神衛(wèi)生綜合管理試點(diǎn)城市和全國(guó)社會(huì)心理服務(wù)體系建設(shè)，成績(jī)顯著。在全國(guó)首次三級(jí)公立醫(yī)院績(jī)效考核中，位列全國(guó)精神�？漆t(yī)院第15名。2022年7月，醫(yī)院與首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京安定醫(yī)院合作共建國(guó)家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心。



【人員結(jié)構(gòu)】現(xiàn)有專業(yè)技術(shù)人員606人，其中，高級(jí)職稱專業(yè)人員53人、教授32人、博士2人、碩士研究生43人、碩士生導(dǎo)師17人。



【醫(yī)療技術(shù)】醫(yī)院技術(shù)力量雄厚，設(shè)有精神科、臨床心理科、精神病康復(fù)科、兒童青少年科、老年精神病科、睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)科、成癮醫(yī)學(xué)科、精神病司法鑒定科、情感障礙科、心理危機(jī)干預(yù)中心等專業(yè)科室。其中，急性病區(qū)7個(gè)、康復(fù)病區(qū)5個(gè)，老年病區(qū)、心理病區(qū)、兒少病區(qū)、睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)與成癮醫(yī)學(xué)病區(qū)各1個(gè)。開(kāi)展了精神分裂癥、情感障礙、藥物與酒依賴、睡眠障礙與神經(jīng)癥、進(jìn)食障礙、兒童、青少年與老年精神醫(yī)學(xué)、精神康復(fù)、心理治療、心理咨詢與評(píng)估、心理危機(jī)研究與干預(yù)、精神疾病司法鑒定等10余個(gè)特色診療項(xiàng)目。



【教學(xué)科研】醫(yī)院是蚌埠醫(yī)學(xué)院、上海交大Bio-X中心的附屬醫(yī)院，安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)、安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、皖南醫(yī)學(xué)院、安徽師范大學(xué)等多所高校的教學(xué)醫(yī)院，也是皖南醫(yī)學(xué)院、蚌埠醫(yī)學(xué)院的碩士生培養(yǎng)單位。在前進(jìn)的過(guò)程中，醫(yī)院始終堅(jiān)持科教興院、人才強(qiáng)院戰(zhàn)略，自2014年起多人先后被派遣往意大利、德國(guó)、美國(guó)、英國(guó)、愛(ài)爾蘭、新加坡等國(guó)交流、深造。醫(yī)院也于2006年開(kāi)始與上海交大、美國(guó)哥倫比亞大學(xué)、英國(guó)阿伯丁大學(xué)合作，進(jìn)行精神分裂癥基因遺傳學(xué)研究，于2010年創(chuàng)立“中科院賀林院士工作室”，2012年經(jīng)省科技廳批準(zhǔn)成為安徽省首個(gè)�？啤霸菏抗ぷ髡尽保�2020年又成立賀林院士新醫(yī)學(xué)合作示范基地。2021年，醫(yī)院與上海市精神衛(wèi)生中心合作共建“長(zhǎng)三角精神心理創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)”，開(kāi)展醫(yī)教研的全方位合作。目前，醫(yī)院已完成國(guó)家863課題2項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃1項(xiàng)。承擔(dān)國(guó)際合作科研課題1項(xiàng)，省級(jí)科研課題4項(xiàng)，市級(jí)科研課題29項(xiàng)。申報(bào)完成實(shí)用新型專利30項(xiàng)，外觀專利10項(xiàng)，獲安徽省科學(xué)技術(shù)及科技創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、省級(jí)科技成果登記9項(xiàng)。



【社會(huì)公益】醫(yī)院多年來(lái)與消防、公安、高校、社會(huì)團(tuán)體、企事業(yè)單位等50余家單位開(kāi)展合作，先后建立心理咨詢師培訓(xùn)與實(shí)習(xí)基地、高校學(xué)生心理健康援助中心、婦女兒童家庭婚姻咨詢中心、征兵心理檢測(cè)培訓(xùn)與指導(dǎo)中心、蕪湖市心理救援中心、開(kāi)設(shè)蕪湖市心理熱線，2023年5月掛牌成立蕪湖市兒童青少年心理健康服務(wù)中心，為促進(jìn)百姓心理健康、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)做出了重大的貢獻(xiàn)！
